Family list and submission
Create/review the individual family members before submitting the family application. The public family draft allows up to ten applicants and includes a MyCart payment summary. For example, adding a second family member requires that person’s own particulars and photo; the first member’s record cannot stand in for everyone.
Status, appeal and printing
Enquire by application reference or the applicant fields requested by the route; results distinguish pending, approved, refused and requests for documents. Approved e-visas can be printed/downloaded where offered. The manual explains application-result and Form 14A/notification printing. Use each person’s result rather than assuming a family/group result grants identical permission to all.
Technical examples and errors
Use the system’s own navigation and click transaction buttons once. Public version-5 manuals explain that an internal-error session may require closing browsers, clearing cache and signing in again; a blocked photo upload may require a different compliant photo.
