Audience and access
This 55-page version 3 manual explains this specific SAVE route. Use the approved agent/strategic-partner account route; the manual includes password change and logout.
Application fields
Complete each applicant’s actual details rather than copying the manual’s fictional sample identity.
| Stage | Information |
|---|---|
| Applicant | Form 14A identity/passport, nationality and background fields |
| Additional details | Purpose/dates, residence and travel information |
| Local contact | Contact identity/company, relationship, address and telephone |
| Photo | Upload the required photograph and resolve validation before preview |
| Review | Preview particulars and print/save the applicable forms |
Group list and batch upload
The group module has both direct Form 14A entry and batch-document upload. Build the group list, add each applicant and enter the itinerary; the manual permits up to ten itinerary rows. Review the acknowledgement and print individual or multiple Form 14A records. For example, a group itinerary’s date/description rows are distinct from each traveller’s passport record.
Status, appeal and printing
Enquire by application reference or the applicant fields requested by the route; results distinguish pending, approved, refused and requests for documents. Approved e-visas can be printed/downloaded where offered. The manual explains application-result and Form 14A/notification printing. Use each person’s result rather than assuming a family/group result grants identical permission to all.
Technical examples and errors
Use the system’s own navigation and click transaction buttons once. The group manual covers account/login checks, password changes and enquiry functions. Follow the batch-document format in the original rather than inventing spreadsheet columns. The screenshots illustrate the published manual version; available controls/payment methods can change.
