Identify whose access is being checked
The PDF has two workflows. Administrators inspect another company user’s authorisation; GST approvers and preparers inspect their own assigned services. In either workflow, begin at www.corppass.gov.sg and choose Singpass login. If authorised for several entities, select the entity for the intended GST transaction before checking permissions.
Administrator: open the user record
From the Users menu, choose Manage Users. The resulting list shows the company’s Corppass users and their details. Select the name of the person whose access you need to check, then open Assigned e-Services in that person’s record. This is the administrator sequence shown across pages 1 and 2.
Administrator: verify service and expiry
On the assigned-service screen, confirm that GST (Filing & Application) appears for the selected user and that the authorisation has not expired. A user record existing in Corppass is not itself evidence that this GST service has been assigned; both the service and the current validity must be checked.
Approver or preparer: check your own role
After logging in and selecting the relevant entity, choose View My Assigned e-Services. Confirm GST (Filing & Application), and check that your assigned role is Approver or Preparer as appropriate. Confirm that the authorisation is unexpired. Pages 4 and 5 show this self-check sequence separately from the administrator screens.
Find the administrator when access is unclear
The PDF directs users who do not know their Corppass administrator to the Find my Corppass Admin e-Service on the Corppass website. Its purpose is to identify the administrator who handles access. The document is an access-check guide, not instructions for submitting a GST return or an automatic grant of filing rights.
