Locate the employee’s record
In myTax Portal, open Employers, then View Form IR21 Records under Tax Clearance. Search using the employee’s tax reference number or a filing-status selection. Consult the official record-viewing guide for the screens and status details. The source also lists the 24-hour phone service at 1800 356 8300. Checking status does not substitute for following the eventual payment or release directive.
