Choose the registration route
Under Services, choose registration for a foreign entity. An NRIC/FIN holder uses the Singpass route; a foreign-identity holder uses the foreign-ID route. Read the initial instructions before entering particulars. The guide depicts the interface as at September 2022, so its screen order should be understood as that edition’s workflow.
Singpass authentication
The Singpass option allows app scanning of the QR code and confirmation by fingerprint, face recognition or app passcode. The alternative is ID/password followed by the displayed authentication option, such as SMS OTP or face verification. For face verification, continue through the guidelines and start the scan using the required camera; the guide describes desktop and mobile browser access. Successful authentication proceeds to the foreign-entity details.
Business registration evidence
Enter the entity registration number, name, incorporation date and country, registered address and office contact number consistently with the business registration document. Upload PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG evidence. For documents not in English, submit the original together with an English translation certified by the embassy of the issuing country or notarised by a notary in Singapore or the issuing country. Merely entering an English company name does not replace the document and translation requirements.
Administrator contact and identity
In the Singpass route, the administrator’s name as recorded in NRIC/FIN and email are prefilled; complete the remaining contact particulars. The foreign-ID route requires full name, foreign ID number, issuing country, expiry date, email and confirmation email, with a mobile-number field. Match the uploaded identity document; multiple supported-format files may be uploaded. The expiry field’s instruction specifies at least six months of validity. The evidence should show full name, foreign ID number and country of issuance.
Review, submit and await approval
The applicant may elect to grant the administrator access to all current and future digital services. Enter the verification code, proceed to the review page, check the application and accept the terms before submitting. Keep the submission confirmation. Approval is separate: a later approval email explains the next steps. Foreign-ID users without the required Singpass Foreign user Account setup follow the email OTP activation instructions. A submitted registration is not itself evidence of an approved administrator account.
