Authenticate for the intended entity
Use the existing-account login, authenticate as Business User with Singpass and choose the entity if holding multiple accounts; mobile users tap the QR. The guide covers admins and sub-admins, and dates its interface to October 2024. Selecting a service for an entity and granting a user access are separate operations.
Select the entity’s services
From e-Service Access choose Select Entity’s e-Services. Search by agency name/acronym or service name and select required services. Continue and fill required entity-level details where indicated, such as CSN, Vendor ID or GSTN. Continue to review, submit and check confirmation. At this point the services become available for assignment, not automatically usable by every user.
Assign selected services to users
Choose Assign Selected e-Services and select the users, then the entity services to grant. Selected users receive the same chosen services; where users need different access, make separate assignments. A restricted sub-admin can grant only services within the assignment profile. Check the selected-user indicator to avoid granting the batch more widely than intended.
Roles, parameters and dates
Services may require a role and parameters such as CSN, Vendor ID or GSTN, using details established during selection. Every assignment needs an effective start date. Expiry is optional; blank means indefinite. Review user/service details, submit and retain confirmation. Example Preparer/Approver roles and dates illustrate service-specific assignment rather than creating a single uniform role across agencies.
Edit entity service details
Use View Entity’s e-Service Access, select a service and Edit e-Service. Only services having roles and/or parameters can be edited this way. Change the relevant values, continue, review and submit. The guide states that affected entity users and third-party authorisations update accordingly, so this is a shared service-configuration change rather than an isolated user-profile edit.
