Corppass: Manage Users’ Digital Service Access

The October 2024 Corppass guide walks administrators through viewing, granting, removing and editing users’ digital-service access.

Sign in for the correct entity

Admins and Sub-Admins start at corppass.gov.sg and choose the existing-account login. On the Singpass page, sign in as a Business User using the app to scan the QR code; on mobile, tap the code. Users with multiple Corppass accounts then select the UEN/entity they intend to represent.

Open a user’s assigned services

From the home page, choose Users → Manage Users. The Manage User Accounts page lists entity users and details. Select a user and open Assigned e-Services to inspect the services already assigned. This is the starting point for all four management actions in the deck.

All-service access and customised overrides

Checking Access to all e-Services required and saving grants access to current and future onboarded services. Services needing extra setup details, such as CSN or GSTN, still require setup and manual assignment under Customised e-Service Access. For access only to selected services, leave the all-service box unchecked and add individual services. For a user with default all-service access, adding a customised service overrides the default for that service; removing the customised entry restores its default settings.

Restricted Sub-Admins

Restricted Sub-Admins can view users’ access, but can assign only services within their Assignment Profile. Services outside that profile cannot be selected and therefore cannot be edited or removed by them. An unavailable selection may reflect this authority limit rather than a missing service.

Remove an assigned service

Select the relevant service or services and click Remove e-Service Access. Look for the confirmation that the selected access has been removed. When using customised overrides, remember the separate rule that removing a customised entry can return an all-service user to default settings.

Add access, roles and dates

Choose Add e-Service Access, select services from the entity list and click Next. Some services require further details, such as a role from a dropdown. Every assignment requires an Effective Date. An Expiry Date may be left blank for indefinite authorisation. Proceed with Next, review the assigned service details, Submit, and check the assignment confirmation.

Edit existing access

Select a service and choose Edit e-Service Access. Review the user’s access details and change the role or effective access date where needed. Click Next and check the confirmation that access was updated. The 27-page deck is marked updated October 2024; its screen labels and example dates describe that version of the interface.
