Resolve access or display issues
A missing Employers tab can mean that you logged into personal tax matters or lack authorisation for Submission of Employment Income Records. Check the company authorisation guidance first. For IR8A or appendix printouts that spill over a page or show browser headers, follow the dedicated printing guide. If errors remain, provide IRAS the incident date and time, operating system, browser version and error message or screenshot.
