Key steps and distinctions
The guide recommends saving a digital copy where possible. For a paper copy, use A4 and inspect print preview before printing the full set. Its Edge instructions use shrink-to-fit scaling, normal margins and headers and footers switched off. Chrome instructions specify A4, minimum margins, scale 100 and unticked option boxes. The Firefox instructions use scale 100, shrink to fit page width and blank headers and footers, with A4 selected in printer properties; the guide says Safari users can follow the corresponding adjustment approach. It also contains Internet Explorer steps, reflecting its 2019 publication date. These are dated browser-screen instructions rather than new tax-reporting rules. If current browser menus differ, the purpose remains to remove automatic headers and footers and adjust page sizing so each complete form is legible on one sheet. Verify that no income fields or employee particulars have been clipped by the print settings.
