Online and older copies
Log in with Singpass or SFA and select “Inbox” > “View Notices” > “Individual” to view or print available bills. For unavailable bills, Live Chat accepts requests for up to seven prior years, subject to availability. Collection at Revenue House requires an appointment at least two working days in advance. A representative needs the signed authorisation and specified identity documents.
Charges and payment reference
The page lists a S$20 search fee, S$3 for each certified page and S$0.30 for each uncertified page. Its two-page certified example totals S$26. Payment is by bank transfer using the required request form and the tax reference plus “NOA Req” as payment information, so IRAS can identify the request.
