Update changed particulars
The application requires review of personal and employment details and validation of SISV membership. A changed residential address requires identity-document support; a changed employer requires a company letter confirming the appraiser’s role. The MediSave query applies to self-employed applicants. Upload the appropriate evidence, review the form and declarations, then use the payment process. Do not leave a changed employer recorded as if unchanged merely because the previous licence remains visible.
Retrieve the approved document
The guide shows the acknowledgement, payment receipt, application-status view and licence-download route. It states the certificate becomes available within 15 working days after successful payment, with agency review and an approval email also described. Treat the approved licence and its validity as decisive rather than the receipt alone. Retain the downloaded certificate and check current portal instructions if the illustrated menus have changed.
