New applicants
Applicants need an NUS real-estate degree or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, and SISV Member or Fellow status. Submit identification, academic and membership evidence, an employer letter, and a licensed appraiser’s testimonial supported by three supervised valuation reports. The fee is S$125; complete applications can take up to 30 working days. Self-employed applicants must be up to date with MediSave contributions.
Renewal and employer changes
Licences expire on 31 December and must be renewed at least ten days beforehand; renewal costs S$125. An expired licence requires a new application. Updating the employer requires the new employer’s letter and a S$20 amendment fee. The licence belongs to the individual, so corporate login cannot replace the holder’s Singpass submission.
