Prepare the evidence
The guide lists a qualifying real-estate degree, practical supervised experience, appropriate SISV membership, identity documents and an employer letter or self-employment details. The licensed appraiser’s testimonial is accompanied by three appraisal reports. The licence belongs to an individual rather than the company. Self-employed applicants must address the applicable MediSave requirements. Validate the membership and review the application details before declarations and payment.
Approval and electronic licence
The illustrated process covers supporting uploads, review, declaration, payment, acknowledgement and retrieving the licence from the dashboard. Payment or saving a draft does not itself establish approval. Preserve the payment receipt and check the agency outcome before practising under the licence. Screenshots and upload settings are procedural guidance; confirm the current portal’s requirements when preparing an application, especially if contact details or employment have changed.
