Two retrieval routes
After Stamp Duty Login, open Inbox and select Stamp Duty, then locate the certificate by Document Reference Number or IRAS Case Number. Alternatively, use Records > Search Records/Cases with the document, case or file reference, or property address. Keep the identifying reference with the signed instrument.
Older certificates
Online retrieval covers certificates dated in the current year and three preceding years. For an earlier certificate, approach the representative who handled stamping, such as the law firm, estate agent or landlord. This retrieval service does not re-stamp a transaction or replace checking whether the original duty calculation was correct.
