Who can qualify
The vendor must develop the software; distributors, resellers and payroll-service providers are not listed on that basis. Software must satisfy API specifications and complete the annual validation test. One-Stop Payroll integration is a separate opportunity to support CPF and MOM submissions alongside AIS.
YA 2027 validation
The stated test period is September–November 2026, with interest registered by 30 September and the self-verification checklist and successful APEX Sandbox acknowledgement numbers submitted by 30 November. Use the scenarios corresponding to the forms your software supports. Test values are fictitious and are not CPF calculation guidance. Later software changes require notifying IRAS and repeating validation.
