Search information and cost
The service returns the property owner shown in the valuation list, annual value and outstanding property tax. The published fee is S$40 per property enquiry. Use the authorised address and, preferably, the Property Tax Reference Number obtained from the owner; renumbered or reconfigured buildings may otherwise produce a misleading match.
Statement of account access
After a legal requisition has been filed, authorised law firms can access the latest statement of account for 93 days from the filing date. InteReq is a subscription service operated by CrimsonLogic; subscription and technical questions should be directed to the provider. Tax search records should be distinguished from legal title information.
