What the list verifies
The list dated 26 November 2025 covers systems able to submit tax-deductible donation records in the required YA 2026 format. Entries include vendor contacts and the YA from which API support began. Validation concerns submission capability rather than pricing, service quality or the software’s overall security. Institutions of a Public Character and qualifying grantmakers should confirm whether their specific product and version provide the needed feature.
Customer-specific integration
Some marked vendors use a unique callback URL for each customer, requiring the customer to coordinate subscription and testing with the vendor. The document also highlights maintenance and mandatory-upgrade costs, data security and ease of use when choosing a system. Treat the list as a dated capability reference and verify current availability before procurement. A listed vendor does not remove the organisation’s responsibility for correct records, authorised submission and duplicate prevention.
