Declarations and developer undertakings
The directory links to ABSD, residential and industrial SSD, and refund declaration forms. Developer undertakings differ by project size—four or fewer residential units versus five or more—and by whether a trustee is involved. These documents are not interchangeable. Use the current official form and check the transaction’s applicable stamp-duty rules before signing a declaration.
Notices, GIRO and other applications
The page also lists statutory notices under specified Stamp Duties Act sections, a Collective Sale Agreement stamping spreadsheet and the Stamp Duty GIRO form. Refund and stamp-certificate amendments link to separate procedural pages. Downloading or signing a form does not itself amount to electronic stamping or approval of a claim. Prepare the supporting documents and submit through the official process linked for the relevant application.
