Choose a submission route
Payroll software using the AIS API can transmit records directly. Employers without suitable payroll software can use Submit Employment Income Records under the Employers tab in myTax Portal. An in-house system requires assessment against the technical specifications and API onboarding. A listed vendor’s technical compatibility is not IRAS endorsement of its software.
Submission checks
The portal accepts up to 200 records per submission; larger sets can be split. Where fields reject decimals, round income down and deductions up to whole dollars. Submission requires the relevant Corppass Approver authorisation. API record details are not displayed in the portal, though submission date and time are shown; portal-submitted details are available to authorised users.
