Assign the service to the organisation
The registered officer or nominated administrator establishes the Corppass administrator account and required users. The administrator then selects Submission of Donation Records among the organisation’s digital services. Organisation-level access alone does not give every employee permission to submit. Third-party access likewise needs the relevant assignment rather than shared login details.
Assign the individual role
The guide specifies the Approver role for staff submitting donation records through myTax Portal and asks for an effective date. After confirmation, the relevant user can act for the organisation within that permission. Keep responsibility for donation-data accuracy separate from the technical access setting: granting a role does not validate donor identities or qualifying amounts. The screenshots are dated procedural guidance, so check current screen labels and access options when maintaining the organisation’s authorisations.
