Request, scope and deadline
Published on 26 February 2026, the service is only for recipients of an IRAS information request. It is absent from the main myTax Portal menu and cannot use Corppass. Access a direct IRAS Property Owners/Property Professionals link or the link in myTax Mail, authenticate with Singpass and use the emailed/MTM unique code. Under the Property Tax Act, owners, operators, professionals and representatives may be required to respond within 21 days of notice. Requests may concern building changes, annual-value reviews, objections, change of use, or separate/group assessment. Incomplete, false or missing information can attract section 16 penalties including fines/imprisonment.
Retrieve and complete the template
Enter code and Retrieve, then Submit beside the pending request. Read the request and inspect all listed properties; a multi-property link opens the list, downloadable as Excel. Download the latest request’s template, complete and save locally, then Proceed. Upload through drag/drop or Select Files and continue. The template must be XLSX and retain required tabs; a generic spreadsheet cannot substitute for the prescribed workbook.
Review and documents
Complete additional information where prompted, then review and use Edit for corrections. Upload the listed supporting documents and optionally Other Supporting Documents. Supported formats are DOC, DOCX, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, MSG, XLS, XLSB and XLSX. Up to 25 files, each at most 10MB, total at most 50MB. Update contact details with mandatory valid email and any reviewer particulars; a reviewer is the authorised individual deciding property-tax matters for applicable property types. Declare accuracy and Submit to IRAS.
Retain evidence before leaving
Successful submission shows acknowledgement and emails all recipients in the request form. Neither the acknowledgement webpage nor submitted template/documents can be retrieved or downloaded later. Save input files locally before submission and save/print the acknowledgement as PDF before closing or leaving the page. Confirmation email does not remove this local-record requirement.
Correct validation errors
Missing tabs require uploading the correct request template. Missing/invalid inputs produce View Errors; inspect tab/cell descriptions, correct and re-upload. Accented or other non-standard English characters can trigger an unprocessable-request message; replace with standard characters and contact the assigned officer if persistent. The guide offers chat Monday–Friday 8am–5pm excluding holidays at go.gov.sg/iraschat-login and 1800 356 8300.
