Scope and eligibility
Three routes distinguish refining, storage of dutiable petroleum/biodiesel with duty/GST suspended, and bonded storage of non-dutiable petroleum or pure biodiesel with GST suspended. GST registration, Customs Account and at least Enhanced TradeFIRST are required.
