Scope and eligibility
ECC registration supports the Environmental Sanitation Regime. Applicants need the listed education/literacy qualifications and a recognised ECC course completed within five years before application.
Application steps
- Check qualification eligibility and the course certificate date
- prepare identity and photograph records
- apply through the individual or authorised-filer route
- submit supporting records and pay S$200.
Documents to prepare
- NRIC/EP/Work Permit
- recent white-background passport photo
- N-level certificate or WPLN Level 5 in reading, listening, speaking and writing
- ECC course certificate issued within five years. Identity and photo are also required at renewal.
Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.
