Scope and eligibility
ECO(SCS) is the construction-site registration route, distinct from ECO(SP). Its education/literacy and relevant-experience routes must be met alongside the required course or refresher-exam certificate.
Application steps
- Check the degree, diploma or WPLN route and relevant experience
- provide identity, photograph and a course/refresher certificate within five years
- include applicable returning-applicant training evidence
- submit and pay.
Documents to prepare
- Identity and photo
- degree, diploma plus two years' experience, five WPLN Level 7 assessments, or five Level 6 assessments plus two years' experience
- ECO(SCS) course/refresher certificate within five years
- returning-applicant additional course or six accumulated training hours over three years.
Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.
