Scope and eligibility
This SFA certificate endorses animal-feed products intended for export. Product and declaration records must support the application.
Application steps
- Prepare product specifications, analysis and declarations
- select ordinary or express processing
- apply as an ACRA-registered business
- pay and print through the DDR workflow.
Documents to prepare

- declaration letter
- other evidence. Watermarked records must fit A4 default margins. Product/declaration uploads are 2 MB and analysis uploads 5 MB.
Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.

Important details and examples
The stated processing time is three working days normally or one working day for express service. DDR has been required for watermarked printing since 14 April 2025.
