Scope and eligibility
This is the FSMS submission for premises required to implement a Food Safety Management System. It records the system, trained responsible personnel and accredited certification.
Application steps
- Prepare the FSMS plan with critical control points
- verify the responsible person's accepted training and the certification body's accreditation
- upload all three mandatory document groups through the official form.
Documents to prepare
- FSMS plan covering company/team, products, flow and CCP hazards, limits, monitoring and corrective actions
- accepted personnel training certificate
- accredited FSMS certificate from a SAC or internationally recognised accredited body. Listed upload limit: 5 MB.
Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.

Important details and examples
Accepted training includes WSQ Apply FSMS, Food Safety and Hygiene Level 4, or the specified IRCA-certified lead-auditor course. This submission is not itself a new Food Shop Licence.
