Scope and eligibility

Food-handling or food-preparation stalls within temporary fairs need this licence. Stalls selling non-food goods or qualifying prepacked food from licensed establishments/importers do not need this particular stall licence.

Application steps

  1. Coordinate the stall details with the licensed fair organiser
  2. prepare food-handler documents and the stall lease
  3. submit the stall application separately from the organiser's fair permit and operate only for the approved fair period.

Documents to prepare

  • Food handler's Work Permit copies, both sides, where applicable
  • Food Safety Course Level 1 or refresher certificates
  • stall lease with the organiser or appointed operator
  • other records. Listed upload limit: 5 MB.

Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.
