Scope and eligibility
Businesses or societies supplying liquor need an appropriate licence unless exempt. Selling, offering, serving or delivering liquor in connection with a sale can fall within the regulated supply activity.

- prepare premises and business records
- apply, pay the class-specific fee and follow the approved hours and licence conditions.

Attachment filenames must be no longer than 130 characters and use letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are converted to underscores. Check the accepted file formats and size for each upload field in the official application.

These are non-refundable SPF government licence fees for one year, not Apex service fees.
Important details and examples
The directory estimates about three weeks. Unlicensed supply can attract a fine up to S$20,000; repeat offending can also lead to imprisonment. Choose the class based on actual supply arrangements rather than the business name alone. Retail means below 30 litres; wholesale includes supply to another licensee in any quantity or supply of at least 30 litres to another person. Renewals can be filed within two months before expiry.
