Important details and examples
Processing is estimated at about three weeks. Business roles must meet the entity-specific criteria, and recent ACRA name or officer changes need at least a day to synchronise.
Extension eligibility
- Regular extensions concern Class 1 or 2 licences, for recurring arrangements of at least two months. Ad-hoc extensions use the eligible ordinary/temporary classes listed by SPF, including Class 5.
- Ordinary restaurants are not granted extensions. Approved restaurant-hybrid uses may qualify, subject to the location exclusions on SPF's map.
