Who can attend and when
MOM encourages first-time S Pass holders to complete COP after application approval and before starting work. Existing holders may also attend. Register online for three 30-minute modules, free of charge and delivered in English.
What the programme covers
The pilot helps participants understand Singapore culture and workplace norms and build positive interactions with locals. Topics include living/working expectations, rights and responsibilities, colleagues and community interactions, cultural understanding and further learning resources.
Read the pilot dates accurately
The page, updated in March 2024, says MOM would consider incorporating COP into applications after the pilot ends in 2025.
