Survey after placement
About three months after the helper is deployed to the household, the employer receives an SMS survey about the agency’s service. If there is no response within a week, MOM sends a reminder.
What is evaluated
The five questions assess how clearly the agency explained applications, fees and service/employment contracts; helpfulness when advice or assistance was needed; ability to find a suitable helper; willingness to recommend the agency; and whether the employer used the EA Directory in choosing it. These responses help prospective employers compare service and competency and encourage good pre- and post-placement support.
Where scores appear
Ratings appear on the agency’s profile in MOM’s employment agencies and personnel search, the EA Directory. Scores are shown as stars, with a maximum of five. At least three reviews are needed before a score is displayed; an absent score therefore does not itself establish poor service.
