How the mix informed the review
The panel’s retirement review had to combine actuarial sustainability and investment analysis with the circumstances of workers, families and older people. The biographies explain that breadth; membership itself is not endorsement of a particular private product. Use the separate recommendations and consultation annexes to understand the decisions and trade-offs.
