Fire assembly arrangements may be unsafe during a terror attack: move away from the threat and follow Police instructions. Practise tabletop scenarios and recognised first-aid, CPR and AED skills. For a casualty, ensure safety, call 995 and follow dispatcher guidance; the old bulletin’s improvised tourniquet wording is not a substitute for current training.
