Archived leaders’ dialogue

The recovery themes
The sessions distinguish immediate emotional support from the longer work of rebuilding confidence, relationships and operations. The panel adds MHA behavioural science, IMH clinical practice, SNEF employer perspectives and lived experience. Employers can use these themes for their own recovery discussions without treating the old timetable as a current course offer.
