Passport and inconsistent names
Every application requires the passport page including amendments. A name different from other records requires an explanation letter and evidence such as a deed poll. Select the evidence category matching the eligibility route rather than assuming all applicants submit the same checklist.
Current or last employment in Singapore
Provide payslips for the 12 consecutive months immediately before application and the most recent IRAS Notice of Assessment. If the assessment is not yet available, the latest filed Form B1 may be used. Include other-income evidence where applicable. For a May 2024 application, the example salary period is May 2023 through April 2024.
Current or last employment overseas
Submit the same preceding 12 months of payslips, employment verification from a background-screening company, any other-income evidence and the employer’s latest financial information obtained within three months. It must establish current market capitalisation or annual revenue.
Prospective Singapore employment
Provide a signed Singapore employment contract or prospective offer letter and the future employer’s financial information obtained within three months, evidencing its market capitalisation or revenue. The financial-source and audit alternatives below apply to both the overseas-employer and prospective-employer categories.

If this information is unavailable for the overseas or prospective employer, provide the latest audited profit-and-loss statements. Only third-party auditor documents are accepted; statements signed by management staff are not.
Outstanding achievements
Provide the latest month’s payslip, applicable other-income support and a CV highlighting major achievements. Academia/research candidates also need a CV listing significant publications, patents and technology disclosures over five years, plus a recommendation, endorsement or potential-position document from a local host such as an autonomous university or A*STAR.
AI and Tech documents from 28 January 2027
From the announced opening date, provide the preceding 12 months of payslips, other-income support, CV or employment letters establishing founder, C-suite or technical work within ten years, and financial information obtained within three months for the current or most recent employer. It may show market capitalisation, valuation, annual revenue, AUM or funds raised for tech firms, using the listed financial sources. The future track’s eligibility conditions determine which amounts qualify.
