Application and pass transactions
Employment Pass eService lets employers or employment agents apply for EP, S Pass, DP, LTVP or LOC and issue, renew or cancel passes other than Work Permits. The estimated 10–20 minutes concerns completing the service, not receiving an application decision.
Status checks, appointments and enquiries
Choose the status, appointment or enquiry service for the relevant task. Each estimate is a service-completion time.

The sponsorship dependant application form
The directory links a 2.1 MB DP application form for dependants of EP (Sponsorship) holders. It is not a universal form required for every DP application; use the route matching the main pass category.
