Payments and worker classification
The payment guide explains payment arrangements and penalties for late or missed payment. Higher-skilled levy guidance identifies the qualifications or certificates needed for that status and how to apply for it.
Waivers and calculators
The waiver page explains eligible circumstances and submission. Separate calculators estimate how many Work Permit and S Pass holders can be hired and the levy penalty payable. A calculator result assists planning; it is separate from applying for a waiver or obtaining the required worker classification.
