Pass features
This pass covers eligible EP/S Pass holders’ common-law spouses, stepchildren or children with disabilities, with a separate salary condition for parents. The detailed eligibility page specifies at least S$12,000 for parents; the overview’s wording “over S$12,000” should be read alongside that specific requirement.
An employer or appointed employment agent applies. Validity follows the main pass or the shorter requested period, and renewal is possible. The relevant legislation is the Immigration Act. The LTVP itself has no foreign-worker levy or quota; working requires the applicable work authorisation.
