Purpose and eligibility
MOM’s LTVP covers specified relatives of eligible work-pass holders: common-law spouses, unmarried adult children with disabilities, unmarried minor stepchildren and parents meeting the higher sponsor-salary condition. EP/S Pass sponsors must meet pass, individual fixed-salary and company-sponsorship requirements; ONE Pass and EntrePass families follow separate rules.
Application and lifecycle
Prepare passport and relationship evidence, English translations and any applicable child vaccination verification. Apply separately for each relative, await approval before arrival, and complete issuance, any required registration, digital-pass setup and card delivery.
Application costs S$105 and issuance S$225, plus S$30 for an applicable Multiple Journey Visa. The detailed application page sets out submitting parties and processing periods by main pass.
