Main Holder Requirements
The main holder needs EP or S Pass, personal fixed monthly salary of at least S$6,000 and sponsorship by an established Singapore-registered company, usually the employer. Household income is not combined for the threshold. ONE Pass and EntrePass families use their own requirements.
Eligible Family Relationships
Eligible relationships include a common-law spouse, unmarried children aged 21 or older with disabilities, and unmarried stepchildren under 21. Parents require fixed monthly salary of at least S$12,000. A legally married spouse or children may qualify under Dependant’s Pass rules instead.
Overseas ICT Family Restrictions
Families of overseas ICT EP holders under WTO GATS or an applicable FTA are generally excluded from DP/LTVP, except where an applicable FTA specifically covers them and prevailing criteria are met. Check the main EP category, not just salary.
MOM and ICA LTVP Are Different
This page concerns MOM LTVP for work-pass families. ICA-issued LTVP/LTVP+ and LOC/PLOC arrangements are a separate route. Record issuer, main pass, salary, relationship and age. Residence status does not itself establish work permission.
