Workforce and transaction dashboard
Charts show the organisation’s workforce/pass profile; bookmarks speed access to services. EP/S Pass/family transactions include apply, renew, appeal, issue, cancel, withdraw and replace; WP supports apply, appeal, cancel and issue. View holder/applicant lists and next steps, filter records by pass/date and inspect levy breakdowns, past bills, waivers and refunds. Manage EP user access/contact details.
Workforce Insights and data lag
Workforce Insights provides nationality diversity and same-sector local-PMET comparisons for COMPASS, occupational/industry median salary benchmarks and non-cash benefit comparisons such as leave and flexible work. Infographics can be shared. Local workforce data uses aggregated records and may lag about three months while compiled and processed.
Portal access is not the same as pass access
Employers/employers of EP, S Pass or WP holders need Corppass. Its admin/sub-admin selects myMOM Portal under eService Access and assigns it. Check Assigned eServices if login fails. Pass data also requires an EP eService or WP Online company account, operational administrator approval and Corppass assignment to that service. If data is absent, verify permissions and availability with the Corppass administrator; extra eligibility checks apply to pass transactions.
Authorising an outsourced provider
An authorised organisation representative, such as an ACRA-listed officer, first submits the outsourced-staff authorisation form. With no active account, the authorised Corppass user appoints an administrator during WPAR registration. With an account but no administrator, that user submits a replacement request. With an active administrator, the administrator appoints staff through myMOM Portal for EP or WP Online for WP. Processing is within one week.
Registration and administrator duties
Eligible applicants are citizen/PR/EntrePass business owners, citizen/PR employees or foreign EP/PEP/S Pass employees. Registration uses Singpass and UEN in WPAR; check the result online after one week, allowing longer if documents are needed. Appoint an administrator, preferably an owner/director/senior employee, and a second to prevent disruption: at most two administrators and four users. The Corppass administrator must also assign EP eService/WPOL. Remove departed or unneeded EP users immediately through Work Passes > Quick Menu > Manage user access/contact details or risk account suspension; requests take one week. With no administrator, request replacement immediately. Service terms apply.
