Address or mobile number: update within five days
The sponsoring company, main holder or DP holder can update a residential address or mobile number. A relevant party must notify MOM within five days of the change, or the DP holder may be penalised.
Update through EP eService for immediate processing. Print the acknowledgement and keep it with the DP card.
Passport number and expiry
The sponsoring company or main holder updates passport number and expiry through EP eService. The change is immediate, and written requests for these two details are no longer accepted.
Allow four working days after the update before using automated immigration gates at local checkpoints.
Evidence for other particulars
Submit other changes online with the appropriate evidence. Processing is within seven working days, with the outcome emailed.
