New issuance versus updates
From 4 May 2026, register addresses for newly issued Work Permits through Work Permit eService in myMOM. Continue OFWAS for changed addresses and renewal updates. Update before renewal and within five days of a residential change.
The retained general wording about updates before issuance/renewal must be read with the newer issuance-channel notice. Maintenance is Thursday 8.30pm–9pm.
Users and prerequisites
Non-domestic WP employers and authorised EAs can use OFWAS with a valid WPOL account. Prepare Corppass, company CPF Submission Number for an EA, worker address, email and contact number.
The Corppass administrator assigns Foreign Employee Compliance eServices through eService Access; check Assigned eServices. One retained sentence uses the older label Foreign Manpower eServices; check the actual assignment and current official guidance.
Missing, blocked or non-residential addresses
A missing address may be new; confirm accuracy and request an update with evidence. A blocked address requires the property owner’s FWTES consent; a foreign owner unable to log in may submit a consent request.
A non-residential classification may reflect no prior migrant-worker housing or recent conversion. Confirm accuracy and request reclassification with evidence.
Occupancy limits and former tenants
For a higher approved occupancy cap, submit HDB-flat Enquiry on Tenants with full list and flat type, HDB-shophouse Application of Change with full tenant list, or a vessel accommodation certificate. PRP is mentioned but this panel does not specify a universal separate PRP document.
Owners remove former HDB/PRP tenants through FWTES, or request MOM assistance without eligible Singpass; provide the HDB lists described above. For a registered-worker list at dormitories, provide FEDA licence; for hotels/hostels, hotel licence or URA approval.
