Renewal
Renew LOC when renewing DP; applications may begin six months before LOC expiry. DP must remain valid for at least three months, otherwise renew DP first. Renewal through EP eService is free and most cases take three weeks.
Cancellation and replacement
Cancel through EP eService within one week after the last notice day, or when the business is no longer active. Cancellation is immediate unless scheduled in advance, with requests allowed up to 14 days early: a 15 February cancellation may be requested from 1 February. A lost LOC must be reported and replacement requested using the official linked route.
