What homeowners can do
FWTES lets homeowners check migrant-worker numbers in HDB/private residential premises, remove former residents and block the property from worker-address registration. Individuals log in with Singpass without separate registration. Company owners need the address and Corppass assignment to Foreign Employee Compliance eServices through eService Access; verify it under Assigned eServices. Maintenance is Thursday 8.30–9pm.
First declaration and registration messages
A first-time private-residential landlord selects the property, ticks consent for foreign-worker address registration, checks Confirm Details and submits; the acknowledgement confirms availability. A tenant-registration SMS alerts the owner that work-pass holders have been registered and guards against unauthorised use. Log in to validate and remove unauthorised records.
Restoring tenants and foreign-owner assistance
A tenant accidentally removed within the past month may be reinstated if the property remains within its occupancy limit: select the property and tenant, confirm and submit. A foreign owner living in Singapore with government ID/FIN should obtain Singpass. Singpass Foreign User Account holders cannot currently use FWTES; use the linked assistance forms for former-tenant removal or consent to PRP registration. The page’s final access FAQ switches labels to “Foreign Manpower eServices” and “Singpass admin”; its explicit company setup instructions above use Corppass and Foreign Employee Compliance eServices.
