How nominations are considered
MOM reviews C2 qualifications and C5 shortage occupations annually. Proposals first need endorsement from the relevant sector agency. Where multiple agencies support a sector, applicants may contact them concurrently. Nominations received by March are considered in that year’s annual review; accepted changes take effect the following January. Submissions after March move to the following year’s review.
