Why the button remains unavailable
Even within thirty days of rejection, any of the following prevents submitting an appeal.
| Reason |
|---|
| An appeal for that rejection was already submitted that day |
| There is an outstanding application or appeal for the candidate |
| The latest appeal status is IPA revoked/issued/cancelled |
| A candidate data-amendment request is pending |
| The user account is partially suspended |
