Choose the account and prepare access
A WP Online account for WP transactions needs Corppass and CPF Submission Number. EP eService registration for S Pass transactions also needs Corppass and CSN; EP-only transactions require Corppass. Corppass must assign WPOL and WPAR. Outsourced administrators require the authorisation form before account application. For a client-company account, EAs use WP Online > Apply > Declaration of Business Activity / Account Registration; an EA account for client transactions uses the separate official online form. Registering for the EA’s own company follows the companies route.
Benefits and account responsibilities
Registration gives access to levy-payment services, oversight of EA transactions to deter unauthorised actions and policy/process updates. Administrators perform transactions in myMOM Portal/EP/WPOL, grant users and remove unneeded access. A company may have at most two administrators and four users.
Processing and new-company timing
MOM processes or provides an update within one week; check WPAR > Check Declaration of Business Activity / Account Registration Outcome. MOM contacts applicants if documents are needed. A newly ACRA-registered company’s UEN reaches MOM records automatically within two weeks; register afterwards, then allow one week for processing. Registration/declaration and status services run every day except 3–4am. Work-pass service terms apply.
