What the release reports
Checks in February 2020 found four pass holders and two permanent residents working during mandatory leave of absence.
Details and conditions
The four passes were revoked and workers repatriated with permanent employment bans. All six employers received two-year pass-privilege suspensions.
Context and follow-up
The release also announced prior entry approval for specified travel histories. It records early pandemic enforcement and distinguishes PRs from work-pass holders; it does not say the PRs’ immigration status was revoked.
