Balance search
Use IRAS Bot or Check Property Tax Balance without portal login. The service needs the property address with the owner’s tax reference, or the property tax reference. Annual bills are generally due on 31 January, while other notices specify a one-month payment period.
History and co-owner balances
Sign in to View Account Summary for past transactions and statement details. Some payment methods require processing time before the balance updates. Co-owners seeing the same balance should not pay the same property liability twice: a payment by one owner satisfies that amount for the property. Verify the reference and updated account after payment.
